Emulateurs: que sont les ROM?
- En ce qui concerne les émulateurs de jeux, le terme ROM fait référence à l'image d'un jeu à partir d'une puce mémoire. Les puces mémoire sont généralement des modules de plug-in de mémoire (également appelés cartouches) pour GameBoys ou d'autres consoles de jeux telles que la Nintendo 64.
- Les données sont lues à partir des puces de mémoire (par exemple un jeu GameBoy) à l'aide de dispositifs spéciaux et copiées dans un fichier sur l'ordinateur. Ce fichier représente désormais une forme numérique du jeu GameBoy.
