Synology: Mot de passe oublié - vous pouvez le faire
Si vous souhaitez accéder aux données de votre Synology NAS, vous avez besoin du mot de passe administrateur correspondant. Si vous oubliez cela, vous devez d'abord restaurer le disque dur du réseau et créer un nouveau mot de passe. Nous vous montrons deux façons de récupérer vos données.
Synology-NAS: récupérer un mot de passe oublié
Avant de réinitialiser votre mot de passe, vous devez démarrer le NAS. Vous pouvez également accéder à Synology Assistant pour des raisons de sécurité. Assurez-vous que votre serveur se trouve dans la section État en mode Prêt.
- Recherchez ensuite le bouton de réinitialisation à l'arrière de votre NAS. L'emplacement exact peut être trouvé dans les instructions de votre serveur ou sur le site Web de Synology.
- Avec un trombone ouvert ou un objet pointu similaire, maintenez enfoncé le bouton de réinitialisation pendant environ quatre secondes.
- Lorsque votre NAS émet un bip, relâchez le bouton.
- Enfin, démarrez l'assistant Synology et double-cliquez sur votre NAS. Utilisez "admin" comme nom d'utilisateur et laissez le champ de mot de passe vide. Vous pouvez maintenant reconfigurer le mot de passe administrateur et les paramètres réseau.
Sinon: réinstallez le firmware Synology et réinitialisez le mot de passe
Au lieu de simplement réinitialiser la configuration réseau, vous pouvez recharger l'intégralité du micrologiciel. Cependant, toutes les données seront perdues. N'effectuez donc ces étapes que si des problèmes surviennent avec la première variante.
- Utilisez un trombone pour maintenir à nouveau le bouton de réinitialisation pendant environ quatre secondes jusqu'à ce que le NAS émette un bip.
- Relâchez brièvement le bouton. Appuyez ensuite de nouveau sur le bouton et maintenez-le enfoncé pendant quatre secondes au cours des 10 prochaines secondes.
- Un autre bip retentit et le voyant d'état à l'avant de votre Synology s'allume en orange.
- Démarrez Synology Assistant et trouvez votre NAS. Sous "État", vous trouverez l'entrée "Configuration perdue".
- Si vous double-cliquez sur l'entrée, l'assistant de configuration démarre. Suivez les instructions d'installation pour configurer à nouveau le micrologiciel Synology. Vous pouvez également définir un nouveau mot de passe ici.
