Configurer Synology Diskstation - pour que cela fonctionne

Configurer Synology DiskStation - Voici comment
La configuration d'un nouveau Synology DiskStation n'est pas difficile. La meilleure chose à faire est de suivre nos instructions étape par étape:
- Déballez le DiskStation et insérez les disques durs. Vous pouvez ensuite connecter le NAS à l'alimentation et à votre réseau domestique.
- Après avoir démarré le DiskStation, vous devez attribuer une adresse IP statique au NAS. Cela signifie qu'il peut toujours être atteint dans votre réseau sous la même IP.
- Appelez maintenant l'interface Web du Synology DiskStation en saisissant l'adresse IP du NAS dans la barre d'adresse du navigateur. L'assistant de configuration vous attend ici.
- Vous serez d'abord invité à installer la dernière version de DiskStation Manager (DSM pour faire court). L'installation s'exécute automatiquement, il vous suffit d'accepter. Le téléchargement et l'installation de la dernière version de DSM peuvent prendre un certain temps. Important: Si vous avez déjà installé des données sur les disques durs utilisés, elles seront supprimées.
- Après la mise à jour, il vous sera demandé de créer un compte administrateur. Vous devez vous souvenir du nom d'utilisateur et du mot de passe sélectionnés ou les conserver dans un endroit sûr, car c'est le seul moyen d'accéder au DiskStation. Sous "Nom du serveur", vous pouvez spécifier comment vous voulez nommer votre DiskStation. Il apparaît ensuite dans l'Explorateur sous ce nom.
- À l'étape "Mettre à jour et gérer DSM", vous décidez comment le DiskStation doit gérer les mises à jour. Il est recommandé d'installer automatiquement les mises à jour. De cette façon, toutes les failles de sécurité sont rapidement comblées et le système d'exploitation est toujours à jour.
- Si vous souhaitez accéder à votre DiskStaion via Internet, vous devez configurer un ID QuickConnect à l'étape suivante. Avec cet ID, vous pouvez accéder à votre DiskStation à partir de toutes les applications Synology. Synology évite ainsi le problème que la plupart des connexions privées ont des adresses IP changeantes.
- Selon le DiskStation que vous configurez, il vous sera maintenant demandé de configurer un volume. Ici, vous pouvez choisir entre différents modes RAID. Dans le prochain article, vous apprendrez quel niveau RAID vous devez utiliser.
- La configuration du DiskStation est maintenant terminée et la page de démarrage de l'interface Web doit s'afficher. Vous pouvez maintenant vous aventurer dans la configuration détaillée:
Commencez avec Synology DiskStation
- Si vous n'avez pas encore été invité à configurer le volume, vous devez effectuer cette étape maintenant. Pour ce faire, ouvrez l'aperçu de l'application en haut à gauche et cliquez sur "Storage Manager". Sélectionnez ensuite »Volume« pour obtenir un aperçu de tous les volumes.
- Si aucun volume n'a été créé ici, cliquez sur "Créer". Un assistant s'ouvre et vous guide à travers la configuration. Sélectionnez »Rapide« sur la première page et cliquez sur la boîte de dialogue suivante. Vous venez de créer un volume.
- Si différentes personnes travaillent avec le DiskStation, il est conseillé de créer plusieurs comptes d'utilisateurs. Pour ce faire, cliquez sur l'icône de menu en haut à gauche pour ouvrir l'aperçu de l'application et sélectionnez le »Panneau de configuration«. Cliquez ici sur "Utilisateur", puis sur "Créer".
- Saisissez maintenant au moins un nom d'utilisateur et un mot de passe; les autres champs, tels que "adresse e-mail", peuvent être laissés vides. Dans la fenêtre suivante, vous devez saisir une appartenance à un groupe. Par défaut, les nouveaux utilisateurs sont affectés au groupe "utilisateurs". Dans la boîte de dialogue suivante, vous pouvez choisir le dossier auquel l'utilisateur respectif peut accéder. Vous n'avez rien à sélectionner ici, car aucun dossier séparé n'a encore été créé. Dans tous les cas, spécifiez les applications Synology auxquelles le nouvel utilisateur doit avoir accès et définissez des limites de vitesse pour la transmission de données si nécessaire. Enfin, cliquez sur "Appliquer".
- Vous devez maintenant créer des partages dans lesquels vous pourrez ultérieurement enregistrer vos fichiers. Ouvrez à nouveau le Panneau de configuration et sélectionnez "Dossier partagé". Cliquez sur "Créer".
- Saisissez le nom du partage ici. Si nécessaire, vous pouvez masquer le dossier sur le réseau - il n'apparaîtra pas lors d'une analyse et vous devez connaître le nom exact lors de la connexion. Vous pouvez également activer la corbeille. Les autres paramètres n'ont plus besoin d'être modifiés. Enfin, vous pouvez choisir les utilisateurs qui doivent avoir accès aux dossiers partagés.
- Avec ces étapes, vous avez terminé la configuration de base de votre Synology DiskStation et êtes maintenant prêt à l'utiliser.
