Stiftung Warentest: fournisseur de réseau mobile dans le test de réseau
Stiftung Warentest a testé les quatre fournisseurs de téléphonie mobile Telekom, Vodafone, O2 et E-Plus: quel fournisseur possède le meilleur réseau de données mobiles et où pouvez-vous obtenir la meilleure qualité vocale? Stiftung Warentest: les opérateurs de télécommunications Telekom et Vodafone se battent pour la première place
- Le gagnant du test à la Stiftung Warentest est Telekom avec une note de 2, 3. Il offre le réseau le plus rapide: Fast LTE (4G) était disponible dans 80% des tests.
- Vodafone, deuxième du classement des tests de produits, a une note de 2, 5. Avec 78% de disponibilité LTE, Vodafone est juste derrière le vainqueur du test, mais l'écart est minime. Même avec la disponibilité 3G, il n'y a pratiquement aucune différence entre Telekom et Vodafone.

Fournisseurs de téléphonie mobile dans la Stiftung Warentest: O2 et E-Plus à l'essai - deux réseaux, un fournisseur
- O2 et E-Plus appartiennent au même groupe depuis octobre 2014. Néanmoins, il existe encore deux réseaux distincts de qualité différente. Ce n'est que progressivement qu'ils sont interconnectés - jusqu'à présent, par exemple, uniquement le réseau 3G.
- Étant donné qu'E-Plus dispose d'un solide réseau 3G, les clients O2 en Allemagne en bénéficient désormais également. Cependant, le test a montré qu'un réseau 3G via O2 n'était même pas proposé pour chaque deuxième test. Néanmoins, les experts ont attribué la note 2.9. Cela fonctionne mieux avec E-Plus, où la 3G était disponible dans 67% des tests.
- E-Plus est à la traîne, en particulier chez LTE: le réseau ne gère que 20% de disponibilité. Au final, il ne suffit que de la dernière place avec la note 3.1.
Test de produit lors de l'appel: Telekom et Vodafone devant
- La qualité des appels est particulièrement élevée chez Telekom et Vodafone. Telekom est légèrement meilleur en ville, mais en dehors des villes et dans le train, le concurrent Vodafone.
- O2 et E-Plus ne font pas si bien dans le pays. O2 en particulier a souvent des problèmes de connexion, explique Warentest. La connexion dans le train est également mauvaise avec tous les fournisseurs.
- Il vous faut en moyenne de dix à onze secondes pour avoir la personne à qui vous parlez - trop longtemps pour tous les prestataires.

Le test CHIP montre: les réseaux sont vraiment mauvais
- Telekom a également l'avantage dans le test du réseau CHIP: la meilleure note pour les appels, le meilleur accès Internet mobile et le meilleur réseau LTE.
- Vodafone a un réseau LTE plus dense, mais est un peu plus lent et la qualité du téléphone n'est pas aussi bonne que celle du vainqueur du test.
- O2 et E-Plus sont toujours à la traîne en ce qui concerne l'expansion LTE - c'est pourquoi il n'est que légèrement en retrait pour la troisième place.
