Steam: le casque ne fonctionne pas
Ce guide vous montre ce que vous pouvez faire si votre casque ne fonctionne pas dans Steam.
Steam: reconnaître le microphone
Tout d'abord, vous devez vérifier que votre microphone est reconnu par Steam.
- Ouvrez Steam et cliquez sur "Paramètres" sous "Steam".
- Une nouvelle fenêtre s'ouvrira. Choisissez "Voix".
- Le microphone que vous avez sélectionné devrait maintenant apparaître sous "Appareil d'enregistrement". Vous pouvez sélectionner un autre microphone via "Changer d'appareil".
- Si votre microphone est activé, vérifiez si la fonction push-to-talk est activée. Si c'est le cas, vous devez toujours appuyer sur une touche spécifique pour activer le microphone.
- Il peut également arriver que votre activation vocale ne soit pas suffisamment sensible. Nous vous recommandons d'activer la fonction push-to-talk à ce stade.

Si votre problème ne se produit pas uniquement dans Steam, vous devez toujours vérifier votre casque:
- Vérifiez si les prises du casque sont insérées dans les bonnes prises.
- Outre les paramètres incorrects, les pilotes manquants peuvent également être à l'origine des problèmes.
