Skype: le microphone ne fonctionne pas - que faire?
Il est déjà arrivé à tout le monde que le microphone ne fonctionne pas lors d'un appel Skype. C'est ennuyeux, mais peut généralement être résolu avec quelques paramètres. Dans cette astuce pratique, vous pouvez lire comment cela fonctionne.
Vérifier les paramètres du microphone à partir de Skype
Surtout avec les ordinateurs avec microphones intégrés, comme c'est le cas avec la plupart des ordinateurs portables, il peut souvent arriver que Skype ait activé le mauvais microphone. Pour vérifier que le bon microphone est actif:
- Ouvrez Skype et connectez-vous. Cliquez sur Actions, puis sur Options.
- Cliquez sur "Paramètres audio" à gauche (voir capture d'écran).
- Vous pouvez sélectionner votre microphone dans le menu déroulant à droite de "Microphone". Si disponible, essayez toutes les entrées et laissez-le activé là où l'indicateur de volume en dessous est le plus important lorsque vous parlez. Cochez également la case "Activer le réglage automatique du microphone".
Vérifier les paramètres du microphone à l'échelle du système
Le problème ne doit pas nécessairement être Skype, parfois Windows n'est pas configuré correctement. Vérifiez les paramètres comme suit:
- Accédez au Panneau de configuration et sélectionnez l'élément "Son".
- Cliquez sur l'onglet "Enregistrement".
- Activez tous les microphones en cliquant avec le bouton droit sur l'entrée, puis en sélectionnant «activer».
- Double-cliquez sur chaque entrée et passez à l'onglet "Niveaux". Déplacez la commande de volume à fond vers la droite. S'il existe également un autre contrôle de l'amplification du microphone, réglez-le également à droite. Cliquez sur "OK".
- Vérifiez à nouveau vos paramètres audio dans Skype. Si cela ne fonctionne toujours pas, votre microphone est probablement défectueux.
