Vous pouvez ajouter un document à un rendez-vous dans Google Agenda, puis y accéder facilement à tout moment. Nous expliquons comment cela fonctionne.
Google Agenda: Ajouter un document (vue classique)
Si vous utilisez la vue classique de Google Agenda, vous pouvez joindre un document à un rendez-vous de cette manière:
- Ouvrez Google Agenda.
- Sélectionnez le rendez-vous souhaité et cliquez sur "Modifier". Vous pouvez également créer un nouveau rendez-vous.
- Cliquez ensuite sur "Ajouter une pièce jointe".
- Ajoutez un document ou un autre fichier à partir de Google Drive ou téléchargez-le depuis votre ordinateur.
- Lorsque vous avez sélectionné le bon document, cliquez sur "Sélectionner" ou "Télécharger".
- Enregistrez votre rendez-vous pour appliquer les modifications.
Google Agenda: Ajouter un document (vue moderne)
Si vous utilisez déjà la nouvelle vue Google Agenda, la procédure est similaire:
- Ouvrez Google Agenda dans votre navigateur.
- Créez un nouveau rendez-vous ou ouvrez la vue d'édition d'un rendez-vous existant.
- Cliquez sur l'icône du trombone en bas de la vue.
- Sélectionnez le fichier souhaité dans Google Drive ou sur votre ordinateur.
- Cliquez sur "Sélectionner" pour appliquer le fichier.
- Enfin, enregistrez votre rendez-vous.
