La carte EC a expiré - vous devez le faire
Si votre carte EC a expiré, vous recevrez normalement une nouvelle carte de votre banque avant la date d'expiration. Vous pouvez lire ce que vous pouvez faire si la carte n'arrive pas dans notre astuce pratique.
La carte EC a expiré - vous obtenez donc une nouvelle carte
En règle générale, une nouvelle carte EC est envoyée automatiquement au moins 4 semaines avant son expiration. Si la carte n'arrive pas, vous pouvez procéder comme suit:
- Consultez d'abord votre banque et demandez si ou quand la carte a été envoyée.
- S'il est certain que la nouvelle carte EC a été perdue pendant le transit, faites-la immédiatement bloquer.
- Signalez la carte à votre banque comme manquante. Vous recevrez une nouvelle carte EC avec un nouveau code PIN dans un bref délai. La carte et le code PIN sont envoyés en deux lettres différentes.
- Bon à savoir: gardez un œil sur la date d'expiration de votre carte. Par exemple, si vous êtes en vacances alors que la carte expire, elle est automatiquement bloquée et vous ne pouvez ni l'utiliser pour payer ni retirer de l'argent. Planifiez à l'avance et commandez une nouvelle carte EC à la banque si nécessaire. Diverses banques peuvent encourir des frais pour cela. La meilleure chose à faire est de demander à votre conseiller bancaire.
