Insérer des images directement dans le texte de l'e-mail
Vous n'avez pas nécessairement à envoyer des photos par e-mail dans la pièce jointe, mais vous pouvez également les insérer directement dans le texte. Nous vous montrons les deux façons les plus simples de le faire dans cet article.
Insérer une image dans un e-mail - les avantages
- Le destinataire voit la photo directement pendant la lecture. Vous pouvez positionner l'image où vous le souhaitez.
- Le destinataire n'a pas à ouvrir la pièce jointe et à télécharger le fichier.
Possibilité 1: coller l'image via copier-coller
- Ouvrez l'image dans l'Explorateur.
- Cliquez dessus avec le bouton droit de la souris et sélectionnez "Copier" dans le menu contextuel.
- Revenez à votre programme de messagerie et à votre message.
- Faites un clic gauche à l'endroit où vous souhaitez insérer l'image.
- Faites un clic droit pour ouvrir le menu contextuel et sélectionnez "Coller".
Possibilité 2: insérer une image via le menu e-mail
Si vous ne pouvez pas vous entendre avec la méthode copier / coller, il y a toujours le chemin direct à travers votre programme de messagerie.
- Cliquez sur le bouton gauche de la souris dans le message où vous souhaitez insérer l'image.
- En haut du menu, allez dans "Fichier>" Joindre "ou" Insérer "(voir image). D'autres fournisseurs de messagerie peuvent même avoir une icône pour insérer des images.
- Selon le programme de messagerie, les noms sont également légèrement différents. Vous trouverez désormais généralement le terme "graphique" ou "à partir d'un fichier".
- Dans la nouvelle fenêtre, accédez à votre photo et insérez-la avec un double clic.
- L'image sera maintenant insérée dans la position que vous avez spécifiée dans l'e-mail.
