WhatsApp ne se met plus à jour, cela peut être dû à votre connexion Internet ou à votre smartphone. Nous vous montrerons comment résoudre les problèmes de mise à jour les plus courants avec WhatsApp.
WhatsApp: les messages ne sont pas mis à jour
- Internet: si possible, basculez entre le réseau de données mobiles et un WLAN. Si WhatsApp fonctionne sur l'un des deux réseaux, la cause est la connexion. Veuillez également noter les informations contenues dans cet article.
- Application: vérifiez également si la connexion Internet fonctionne dans une autre application comme le navigateur. Vous pouvez donc exclure un problème avec WhatsApp.
- Redémarrer: éteignez et rallumez complètement votre smartphone. Les petites erreurs dans le tampon sont ainsi supprimées.
- Routeur: si vous êtes dans un réseau WLAN, déconnectez brièvement votre routeur de l'alimentation, puis reconnectez l'appareil.

WhatsaApp: échec de la mise à jour ou de la mise à jour
Si vous souhaitez mettre à jour l'application WhatsApp mais que la mise à jour échoue, tenez compte des conseils ci-dessous.
