Écran noir sur TeamViewer - que faire?
Si un écran noir apparaît lors de l'accès à un autre ordinateur via TeamViewer, cela peut avoir plusieurs raisons. Dans cette astuce pratique, nous vous montrerons ce que vous pouvez faire à ce sujet.

L'écran noir indique que le service TeamViewer ne fonctionne pas correctement. Ci-dessous, nous avons mis en place des solutions pour vous:
- Vérifiez si TeamViewer figure dans la liste d'exceptions du pare-feu et éventuellement du logiciel antivirus.
- Vous pouvez également essayer de redémarrer l'ordinateur distant, puis de vous reconnecter. Pour ce faire, cliquez sur "Redémarrer l'ordinateur distant" sous "Actions".
- Si vous avez toujours un accès direct à l'ordinateur distant, vous pouvez essayer de fermer complètement TeamViewer et de mettre fin au service "TeamViewer X" dans la gestion des services ("Démarrer"> "Exécuter"> "services.msc"). Démarrez ensuite TeamViewer et rétablissez la connexion.
- Assurez-vous que le service «Bureau à distance Windows» n'est pas en cours d'exécution lorsque vous exécutez TeamViewer. Cela peut également être une cause de l'écran noir. Pour ce faire, ouvrez le Gestionnaire des tâches de Windows et recherchez «Bureau à distance Windows» dans l'onglet «Processus». S'il y figure, sélectionnez-le et cliquez sur le bouton "Terminer le processus" puis confirmez en cliquant sur "Terminer le processus".
- D'autres programmes peuvent également utiliser la connexion Internet du PC. Par conséquent, vérifiez si, par exemple, des mises à jour ou des téléchargements sont en cours de téléchargement et, si nécessaire, arrêtez rapidement tous les programmes en arrière-plan à l'aide du Gestionnaire des tâches de Windows.
