Si iTunes-Match ne se synchronise plus, il peut y avoir plusieurs raisons. Essayez d'abord de trouver l'erreur dans le programme lui-même:
- Vérifiez également que votre PC est connecté à Internet. Pour ce faire, ouvrez un site Web dans votre navigateur ou vérifiez votre connexion à l'iTunes Store: si iTunes n'affiche pas de nuage à côté de votre musique, vous n'êtes pas connecté à la boutique. Ici, vous pouvez savoir si le problème vient d'Apple.
- Déconnectez-vous de l'iTunes Store et reconnectez-vous. Pour ce faire, cliquez sur "Afficher le compte (identifiant Apple)" sous "iTunes Store". Sélectionnez «Déconnexion» ici et reconnectez-vous avec votre identifiant Apple.
- Alternativement, vous pouvez également effectuer la synchronisation manuellement. Pour ce faire, sélectionnez l'option "Mettre à jour iTunes Match" sous le bouton "iTunes Store".

- Démarrez maintenant l'affichage de l'activité via la recherche Spotlight.
- Mettez en surbrillance iTunes et cliquez sur le bouton "Informations" en haut.
- Vous recevrez maintenant des informations détaillées sur le processus. Basculez vers l'onglet "Ouvrir les fichiers et les ports".

Synchronisation incorrecte dans iTunes Match: comment résoudre le problème
Si iTunes Match se bloque pendant la synchronisation, il existe deux façons de corriger l'erreur:
- Vous supprimez simplement la chanson affectée d'iTunes. Par conséquent, la chanson n'est plus disponible dans le cloud. Vous pouvez ajouter à nouveau le fichier ultérieurement.
- Alternativement, convertissez le fichier avec le convertisseur AAC intégré: Pour ce faire, cliquez avec le bouton droit sur la chanson correspondante et sélectionnez l'option "Créer une version AAC". Attendez un peu qu'iTunes termine la conversion. Supprimez ensuite le fichier d'origine et redémarrez iTunes Match.
