Si votre iPad ne se synchronise plus avec iCloud, il peut y avoir plusieurs raisons. Nous vous montrerons comment résoudre le problème.
iPad: la synchronisation avec iCloud ne fonctionne pas
- Tout d'abord, éteignez et rallumez tous vos appareils iOS. Les petites erreurs dans le tampon sont ainsi supprimées.
- Vérifiez si vous êtes dans un réseau WLAN et que cela fonctionne. Ouvrez n'importe quel site Web pour effectuer des tests.
- Ouvrez l'application "Paramètres" sur votre iPad et sélectionnez la catégorie "iCloud". Désactivez la fonction qui n'est plus synchronisée, puis réactivez-la.
- Si cela ne vous aide pas non plus, appuyez sur le bouton "Déconnexion" en bas du menu. Si vous vous reconnectez ensuite à votre compte, la synchronisation reprendra.
- Débranchez votre routeur si possible et attendez un instant. Rallumez l'appareil et reconnectez-vous au WiFi.
